I have staging, furniture rearranging and decluttering expertise that bring value to my home sellers. I often can quickly knock out small projects that make a huge difference when bringing a home to market. I pick apart many of the defects of a tentative purchase so my buyers have a good feel for what might be needed to improve it or consider what could come up during an inspection if an offer is accepted.
