About Jill

Hello, and thank you in advance for taking the time to read my story! I am a native of Platte County, born and raised in Kansas City. I graduated from Park Hill High School, and went on to complete a four year degree at Missouri Western State University. After graduation from college, I worked for one year in the medical sales field calling on doctors and hospitals. It was then that I developed a love for interacting with people, and providing a service or product that was beneficial to them. I decided to move forward, and take advantage of an opportunity and sales position with an established tool and fastener distributorship, J & S Tool & Fastener, Inc. I would eventually buy partial ownership in that company. Thanks to a supportive team of co-workers, a vibrant economy, and lots of hard work on my part, I experienced a successful career in sales with J & S Tool. In 2004, desiring to build on their dealer network, I started a sister company called Freedom Distribution. Within a year and a half I tripled the revenue from dealer sales, setting the stage in 2008 for an acquisition of both J & S Tool and Freedom Distribution. We were purchased by one of our peers in the industry, Southern Fastening Systems. After our business was sold, I became interested in property investments, and I decided to start “flipping” houses. The sense of accomplishment, combined with the knowledge that I could offer a safe, updated, affordable home to a prospective buyer, prompted me to take the plunge and pursue a career in real estate. I obtained my real estate license, and was invited to join Keller Williams Realty. Because of my experience and success in remodeling and rehabbing investment properties, taking this direction seemed to be a good fit. I am super excited about this opportunity! My background is extremely extensive in marketing and closing deals! Throughout my sales career, not only have I had exposure to and experience in marketing, selling, and closing deals, but I have had the opportunity to meet and serve many wonderful people. These experiences will benefit and enhance my performance, and I look forward to working for and with you, helping you to successfully market and sell your home.
