Buying or selling a house is a major event, a milestone in our lives, a journey, not something we do on a whim. My clients come to understand that I grasp the significance and the challenges tangled up in their real estate transaction. Each successful transaction builds toward the next. Perhaps that’s why a majority of my business comes from referrals from previous happy clients. I know this city well, having grown up in Sunset Hills and Kirkwood, attending local schools. For 3 generations my family has been building businesses and striving to create a livable, interconnected communities right here at the eastern edge of Missouri. After graduating from Wash U, I did wandered far from my birthplace, venturing all the way to Japan. For many years I worked with developmentally delayed children and taught anthropology in Tokyo. The prime directive of cultural anthropology is to always attempt to grasp things from local’s point of view. As a realtor I strive to see the world from the objectives of my clients. That task always begins and ends with listening. A real estate purchase or sale is much more than a legal transaction; it is a life decision, a choice to take a new path and forge ahead. Each of us builds our lives through a series of decisions made and actions taken. I aim to grasp your real estate goals and to take actions to advance those objectives within the possibilities available in the current market. I place your aspirations at the center my actions. Assisting clients buying and selling real estate since 2017, I have the contract knowledge, marketing insight and negotiating experience needed to effectively assist you with your transaction.
