Ever since buying my first home, I wanted to know more about real estate. I called my REALTOR and asked him, “What else can we do?” I bought some rental property and built some homes and apartments in Columbia, MO. I managed and maintained the rental property and eventually sold them before moving back to St Louis. I obtained my license to sell real estate in 1997 and began working with builders as an assigned agent in a builder display home. As I transitioned into traditional resale sales, I took on a few gut rehab projects. I also had the opportunity to work with some amazing “green home/energy efficient” builders. I am a Certified EcoBroker and can help you with energy efficient ideas for your home. I think that my experience in different aspects of Real Estate sets me apart from others. I am patient, helpful and able to help answer most real estate questions. My goal is for you to be comfortable throughout the process. Most importantly though, my greatest asset is that I take time to listen so that I am better prepared to help create solutions.
