I began my real estate career in Missouri in my early twenties, and from the very beginning I loved helping people move forward with confidence. Within two weeks of receiving my license, I had my first residential property under contract—and that same enthusiasm for real estate still guides the way I serve my clients today. Over the years, my background has included residential real estate sales as a Broker/Salesperson as well as prior experience as a state-certified residential real estate appraiser. While I no longer practice appraisals, that foundation gave me valuable insight into property, pricing, market analysis, and the details that matter when buying or selling a home. Today, my focus is working with buyers and sellers throughout the Springfield Missouri MSTA as a licensed Broker Sales Agent. I assist sellers with thoughtful Comparative Market Analysis information when preparing to list, and I help buyers understand the process of selecting and purchasing property with patience and care. I intentionally work with a limited number of clients at one time so I can provide attentive, personal service rather than rushing from one transaction to the next.
