I’m Chris Wolff, Principal Broker of The Local Collective in Brookhaven, Mississippi. I’m a local Realtor, land specialist, outdoorsman, and firm believer that real estate doesn’t have to feel complicated—or overly formal. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Mississippi, specializing in residential homes, land, recreational and hunting properties, and commercial real estate. While I handle a little bit of everything, land is where I really feel at home. Whether we’re talking about timber, food plots, creeks, trails, pasture, or finding the right spot to build a home, I enjoy helping people see the potential in a piece of property beyond what shows up on a listing sheet. As the Principal Broker of The Local Collective, I’ve worked hard to build a brokerage that reflects the way I believe real estate should be done: local knowledge, straightforward advice, good communication, and treating people like neighbors instead of transaction numbers. We’re intentionally a small, boutique brokerage because I believe personal service still matters—especially in a small town. My job isn’t to talk you into buying or selling something. It’s to give you the information, experience, and honest opinion you need to make a good decision. Sometimes that means pointing out everything I love about a property, and sometimes it means putting on boots, walking through the woods with you, and pointing out everything I don't. When I’m not working real estate, there’s a pretty good chance I’d rather be somewhere outdoors. That background gives me a different perspective when it comes to rural and recreational property because I don’t just sell land—I understand why people want to own it.
