About April

April Hawkins is the Owner and Broker of Field & Vine Realty, an independent Mississippi real estate brokerage serving Hattiesburg, Petal, Laurel, Ellisville, Moselle, and communities throughout the Pine Belt. Licensed in real estate since 2019, April works with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors to help them make thoughtful, financially sound real estate decisions. Field & Vine Realty offers full-service representation with straightforward flat-fee pricing, giving clients experienced guidance from contract to closing without the traditional percentage-based commission structure. April also brings firsthand real estate investing experience to her work, which allows her to help clients look beyond the transaction and consider value, potential expenses, resale, and long-term investment goals. Before entering real estate, April worked as a registered nurse and spent years as part of a military family. She and her husband, David, now call the Pine Belt home and are raising their family in South Mississippi. Whether you are buying your first home, preparing to sell, relocating to the Hattiesburg area, or building an investment portfolio, April’s goal is simple: to help you make wise real estate choices with clear information and personal service.
