Real Estate is currently my full time profession. I am a long time resident of the Twin Cities and I have worked in the real estate market for over 13 years. I know the nine-country metro area and I am readily available to help you buy or sell your next home! For the past 3 years, in addition to traditional real estate sales, I have assisted brokers and banks in the selling process of commercial foreclosure properties and I have represented developers in the popular townhome market. I understand the homeowner association process and I know what to consider when purchasing a townhome and/or condominium. I have also worked closely with a home staging company. For 12 years I was part of the team at Bearpath Golf and Country Club, the first gated community in Minnesota and sold in Chanhassen’s LakeSide community of upper bracket townhomes. My success is due to my unwavering commitment to my clients and to utilizing the latest technology, communication and management tools, in addition to my attention to detail and customer service. Because of my varied range of experience; I can successfully sell your residential or commercial properties, including single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, upper bracket homes, and lake shore properties. My husband, Louie, and I currently live near the chain of lakes in Minneapolis. Our four children also live in Minnesota with our eight grandchildren. I have worked with Coldwell Banker Burnet since 2000 and my team is associated with the parent company NRT which operates 710 offices and over 41,000 agents. My Coldwell Banker Burnet office is ranked #1 in the country. My current real estate team completed 200+ sales, earning them a spot in the top 1% of all agents locally and nationally.
