About Stephanie

In 2007, I opted to change my career from insurance to nonprofit real estate development in response to a foreclosure crisis in North Minneapolis. My new role focused on real estate development, including the acquisition of over 200 properties and resale of 40+ renovated homes throughout Minneapolis. I also assisted in the development of several down payment assistance programs, including Minneapolis Advantage, Folwell Neighborhood, and Webber Camden Neighborhood programs. In 2009, I was honored by Minnesota Housing with the Foreclosure Response Award at their annual Partners in Affordable Housing award program. I am focusing on listing residential and small commercial properties, as well as assisting buyers looking to owner occupy homes or redevelop single family, multifamily, and small commercial real estate. I have served as a resource for the Star Tribune, Fox 9 News, WCCO 4, and Lavender magazine.
