About Shane

My name is Shane Evers. I live and work in Southwest Minnesota. I have been buying and selling properties privately for about 20 years. I decided to make it official and became Realtor in 2024. I enjoy working with first time homebuyers and helping them through the process from start to finish. I am a real estate investor, so I also enjoy working with new investors helping them to build their portfolio of properties. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from SMSU, however shortly after receiving my degree, I decided I couldnt sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day. I truly enjoy my job and enjoy helping people achieve their homebuying goals and dreams.
