My personal business philosophy is to provide the highest level of personalized service to all my buyers and sellers. I accomplish this with a lot of energy, a positive attitude, the latest in up-to-date technology, strong support staff, and aggressive marketing. I grew up in Wayzata on the shores of Lake Minnetonka and specialize in the luxury home and condo/loft market in Edina, Minneapolis Lakes, Downtown Minneapolis, Lake Minnetonka, and Western Suburbs. Professional Experience Scott brings over 25 years of sales and management experience to each transaction. Scott was promoted and transferred seven times as an executive with a Fortune 100 company. He knows the relocation process well and has even built two homes using custom builders. Residential real estate is his career and his full-time commitment. Scott is a University of Illinois graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Science, supplemented with a minor in Business. He is also a CRS and a graduate of the Realtors Institute, and he has been through additional specialized training to become a relocation specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty. In 2025, Scott will be celebrating his 20th anniversary as a Realtor®. His passion is Global Luxury and helping each unique buyer and seller meet and exceed their real estate goals.
