Born and raised just outside of Princeton, Minnesota, Ryan developed a strong work ethic and competitive spirit through athletics. After graduating from Elk River High School, he pursued his passion for hockey before attending Hamline University in St. Paul. During his collegiate career, Ryan served as captain of the Hamline hockey team for two seasons, demonstrating the leadership, discipline, and team-first mentality that continue to define his approach to business today. He graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Throughout his career, Ryan has played a key role in helping build one of Minnesota’s largest home-building companies while becoming a trusted advisor to hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors, and new construction clients. His extensive experience in both residential real estate and new construction allows him to provide clients with unique insights that few agents can offer. Known for his positive attitude, integrity, and relentless determination, Ryan believes real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about helping people build wealth, create memories, and achieve their goals.
