His experience also includes involvement in retail, mixed use, and small multifamily properties, offering a broader perspective than that of a traditional residential brokerage alone. As Broker of Record, Ross focuses on maintaining the overall direction, standards, and execution of the brokerage, drawing on his experience to support agents and ensure transactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and sound judgment. Ross has spent many years operating within a national home buying network, where he developed a disciplined, process driven approach to transaction analysis, negotiation, and execution. He is an inactive CPA and holds the GRI designation, reflecting both financial and transactional expertise.
