I entered the real estate industry in 2001 after working in the senior housing industry for 20 years. I want to make a difference in people's lives and assist them with finding a home that best fits their needs. Life altering changes that affect some reasons why families need to make a change can be a stressful and an emotional time for all involved. I strive to provide the best real estate services to my clients during these times while being compassionate, professional, personal and fun. My specialties include lake homes, existing single family homes, townhomes & investment properties. I am also well versed and have extensive experience in vacant land, new construction, real estate auctions, short sales, foreclosures, relocation, vacation properties, broker price opinions & home site market analysis. I hold my real estate broker's license and previously ran my own real estate company while I was raising my daughter. When I am not assisting my clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy doing most outdoor activities with my children & grandchild. We enjoy camping, boating, games, water & snow skiing, hiking, biking and traveling together, hanging out with my mom, siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews. Coming from a large family helps me with understanding family dynamics and life event changes that affect us all. I am a member of local and national real estate associations. I am also an active member of the Toys For Joy Committee in Anoka County, which provides services to families and children in need.
