ABOUT ME: I am a 30+ year resident of the Twin Cities with a background in real estate sales, customer relations, online marketing, and business management. As a REALTOR® I have over 10+ years of experience. I started my career at Edina Realty where I earned multiple Master Circle and Presidential Circle awards for excellent service and sales. Since then I have worked for a few brokerages including Century 21 MarketLink Realty, and have now opened my own company, AdviceHomes Real Estate Services LLC. When I founded AdviceHomes it was based on my core value of providing the very best in real estate advice. I want to help educate the general public so that they can make strong informed decisions when buying and selling their home. Outside of my real estate career I have been: A Director for a real estate technology company. Portfolio Manager for a construction company working with banks that have secured homes through foreclosure. Been a Market Manager for a promotional marketing companies raising brand awareness for: Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Nintendo, Blackberry, Home Safety Council, and more. I worked as a Senior Customer Relationship Adviser for Carlson Marketing Group where I received several GOLD awards for excellent customer satisfaction in service. FAMILY & FUN: I have been married for close to 20 years to a wonderful Hispanic woman from the Central American country of Honduras, named Cynthia. I am so blessed by Cynthia's strength, beauty, and drive which has inspired me, helping me excel in all of my walks in life. I also am the proud owner of two wonderful and amazing dogs. Lucky my beagle and Camilo my chihuahua are fun additions to my family. My extended family includes my friends and church family. I often volunteer running local board game nights & teach, volunteer, and a Director with the youth & student ministries at Eagle Brook Church - Coon Rapids.
