Whether you're selling a home you've lived in for twenty years or buying one you'll live in for the next twenty, my job isn't to get you to the closing table — it's to make sure you come out of it with the best possible outcome. That means honest advice about pricing when the market doesn't care about your feelings, sharp negotiation when the other side of the table is pushing back, and a team around me that handles every detail I can't do better myself.
