I am the in house General Contractor. I have owned and operated 99 North Construction since 2015 and recently decided to join into the real estate side of the business as well. I married my amazing wife Kristina on New Years 2020 and together we have a busy household with 3 children and 3 dogs.. My experience in the construction world truly brings a new edge to our team, instead of having to reach out to a 3rd party source for questions on anything from minor remodels to full brand new builds, our team has the advantage of getting these answers quickly right through me. We work with a wide array of contractors to make sure not only your real estate needs are met but so are your possible construction needs. I look forward to being able to use my first hand knowledge to ensure success in the buying or selling process for all my clients.
