Hello, I'm Mark Callender, a Realtor® with RE/MAX Results and leader of the Callender Home Team, proudly serving Minnesota for over 20 years. Based in the Andover and Ramsey area, I work across the Twin Cities metro and suburbs, and wherever my clients lead me! For over two decades, I've helped families buy and sell homes, and now I'm helping their children purchase first homes and their parents downsize. My goal is to make the process calm and enjoyable, no matter which direction you're moving. My passion for houses, architecture, and people made real estate a natural career choice. In the 1990s, I worked as an appraiser, a skill that proves invaluable today. My ability to create an accurate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) helps ensure the best possible price, whether buying or selling. Real estate moves fast, but for me it's about people. I take pride in professionalism and accuracy, but the relationships I build matter most. I follow through on my promises, live by the Golden Rule, and put myself in your shoes to understand your needs. I listen more than I talk, do what I say, and follow up. Outside of work, I prioritize my family, our dog - Semi, and our cat - Dorian.
