About Logan

Logan Gohmann is a lifelong resident of the St. Cloud area, growing up in Rockville and graduating from ROCORI High School. His love for real estate started at a young age, from touring homes on the CMBA Tour of Homes with his family to stopping at random open houses whenever he gets the chance. Logan has always been drawn to spaces and what they make possible. From the design and the light to the feeling of a room, he appreciates how the spaces we occupy shape the moments and connections that happen inside them. Logan earned his Finance degree from St. Cloud State University and completed his real estate education through The Minnesota Realty School in Roseville. Today, he is proud to be part of the George Fortier Team, where he is building his career in residential real estate while also developing a strong interest in commercial properties and investing. Faith, community, and relationships are at the center of who Logan is in real estate and in life. He got into this business because he genuinely loves people and the area he calls home. Outside of work, you’ll find him at a local coffee shop, on the golf course, at the lake, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
