My name is Kathy Purdie and I have worked in real estate since 2005 in the Owatonna area. It is very rewarding to hand the home keys over to buyers and assist sellers in their home sale. I am a member of Minnesota Realtors Association, National Realtor's Association, Northstar MLS. My knowledge and enthusiasm is key as I am dedicated to my clients as they buy and sell properties. Because I have lived in the Owatonna area since 1975, I have a greater knowledge of Owatonna and surrounding communities to share with my clients. I enjoy the process of meeting my clients and bringing them to a successful closing. I am proud to say that my motivation, integrity, and professionalism have brought me referrals from past clients as I put your best interests first. My spare time is spent with 5 awesome grandchildren and two daughters and 2 son-in-laws, reading, theater, family and friends. I have been and am involved with many areas of interests, including Leadership Owatonna and Business Network Organization, Owatonna. Currently work with Little Theatre of Owatonna, including on stage, cast and behind the scenes as crew. I started working with Owatonna theater in 1992.
