I'm Justin Burke, the Managing Broker for EXIT Realty Leaders in Lakeville, Minnesota. I'm a Real Estate professional and leadership mentor within EXIT Realty. I operate Leadership Centers in the Twin Cities that are focused on helping talented Real Estate professionals grow scalable and salable Real Estate businesses. I have been in Real Estate for 15 years and have had the opportunity to gain experience and expertise in a variety of areas in the industry including mortgage, title, short sale negotiation, residential sales, private placement investments, franchise sales, land development, income property, and more. I use proven systems to build powerful agents and make them more successful than they thought they could be. I believe that financial success is a natural byproduct of personal development.
