I'm a licensed real estate broker that takes an active, hands-on approach to maximize returns and increase property values for each of my client's investments. I strive to exceed the objectives of the clients I represent. My business includes residential sales, but I specialize in marketing rental properties, and property management consulting. I value the importance of building and maintaining long lasting relationships by sharing the skills and knowledge I’ve gained over the course of my career. It’s what I enjoy the most. I offer full-service marketing with a unique strategy that fills vacancies quickly with quality tenants. It’s a turnkey service from rental licensing and code compliance, to property repairs, staging, photography, writing and publishing digital ads, following-up with each inquiry, holding open house events, screening applicants, processing background checks, preparing leases, bringing owners and tenants together to meet, clarifying the lease commitment, answering questions about landlord-tenant rights and responsibilities, creating a great first impression, and exchanging keys for rent. After move-in, I’m a liaison for both owner and tenant. I’m skilled at identifying and assessing problems, then quickly finding practical solutions to resolve them. Client consultation focuses on income growth, controlling expenses, reducing turnover, and proactively protecting against loss and liability risk. In addition, I perform due diligence inspections, construction monitoring, and property condition assessments. I've been managing real estate for 20+ years (2,896 total units) and selling homes for 16 years throughout the greater metropolitan area of Minneapolis and St Paul.
