His experience in residential sales, leadership, coaching, and business development gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to build lasting success. Today, Jason serves as Manager of Edina Realty’s Wayzata/Lake Minnetonka office, where his greatest passion is investing in the success of the agents he leads. While he continues to assist clients, his primary focus is mentoring and coaching real estate professionals; helping them build stronger businesses, grow their confidence, and deliver an exceptional experience to their clients. For Jason, leadership is not about titles or recognition; it’s about creating opportunities for others to grow. After more than 20 years in the industry, he stepped into management because he realized he could multiply his impact by sharing the knowledge, experience, and lessons he had gained throughout his career. Few things bring him greater satisfaction than watching someone discover their potential, achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach, or build a career of which they are proud. Away from the office, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Tracy, and their three daughters. Whether at the lake, hunting in the fall, cheering on a sporting event, or simply spending time together, family keeps him grounded and focused on what matters most, relationships. Jason has long believed that success is not measured by the dollars in your bank account, but by the relationships you’ve built and the lives you’ve positively impacted along the way. That philosophy continues to guide him today.
