Licensed as a real estate broker in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Eric Kodner has taught real estate courses throughout the upper Midwest, including a 2005 appearance as a guest speaker at the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) Convention and work as a real estate educator for the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. Eric Kodner has been awarded the 2010 "Exceptional Service Award" from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and the 2011 Individual Fair Housing Award from the Wisconsin Fair Housing Network (an organization formed jointly by the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). He was a recent guest speaker at the 2011 Wisconsin Fair Housing Network conference, lecturing about recent and pending developments in fair housing law. Eric Kodner founded Madeline Island Realty (LaPointe, Wisconsin) in 2000 and Wayzata Lakes Realty (Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro area) in 2003.
