About Eric

Eric Janson is a real estate agent, who is considered “A One Stop Shop.” Helping people in every situation, whether it’s a first time buyer, or a client selling multiple properties, Eric’s goal is to make sure each client is completely satisfied. He works with investors, landlords, tenants, first time buyers, rent to own buyers and sellers. Eric’s expertise specializes with investors and Rent-to-Own properties. His passion is to help everyone, regardless of their situation. Prior to real estate, Eric spent over 15 years in leadership roles at various manufacturing companies including supervising a team consisting of 40+ members at Boston Scientific Company in Maple Grove. He knows how to work with others to get things done. Eric understands the meaning of urgency and its significance in today's fast paced real estate market. Eric and his wife, Stephenie, have two kids (Michael, 22 and Makenzie, 16). He successfully completed a marathon, enjoys running, reading, and traveling. Since Stephenie works for Delta, the family enjoys traveling whenever they can, looking for adventures and new cultures and lands to explore. Hawaii, The Azores, Paris, Costa Rica, and Antigua are just a few of their stops, but the bucket list is long and constantly growing.
