Dennis began his real estate career in 1986 as a leasing representative for real estate developer C.G. Rein Company. In 1990 Dennis joined Edina Realty as a REALTOR and cut his residential real estate teeth helping newly immigrated Vietnamese families purchase homes in Minneapolis. By 1993, Dennis had built his business and needed help with contract management, technology, and marketing. That's when Jane decided to use her business and computer background to form Guertin Family Realty.
