About Delano

Del Young has gained a diverse background in a Real Estate career backed by Coldwell Banker Realty. Since 1984, Del has stepped into office management, training new agents for CBUniversity as well as writing and presenting seminars for Realtors and the public. Del and his business partner (and wife) Melissa have also navigated the world of investment, purchasing and managing 12 rental properties over the years, and taught a few classes on that along the way! But the role of Realtor has always been the most rewarding! Melissa has enjoyed working with Del's clients to help them reach whatever their goals -- from developing the personalized marketing campaign to get their home sold, to finding the special home that completes their wish list.
