David began his real estate career in September of 2020 and in just his second month made the Top 10 (out of 225 agents) at Minnesota's largest team brokerage, and by May 2021 rose to the Number 1 Agent in both number of sales and volume. In this short time David was nominated by peers for Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine's Super Agent designation (Top 5% of MSP Realtors), having closed over $15 Million Dollars of business in his first year. David also ranks in the Top 5% of Midwest Realtors on Realtor.com's lead referral program for closed business. David graduated from Marquette University in 1997 and enjoyed a successful 10-year career as a physician recruiter brokering over 1500 contracts in that time. Additionally, David worked as a Mortgage Banker for three years, and originated over 150 loans for homeowners which served as a great foundation for getting into Real Estate.
