About Brent

I usually introduce myself as a "recovering youth director", although I have been a Realtor for almost 20 years. I love my profession, and it offers me the opportunity to help people realize their dreams of home ownership! Whether a first home, condo or townhome, a lake retreat, or investment property, I enjoy the process of defining the dream and counseling my clients to fulfill it! In the past few years I have been able to also help those who needed help in exiting a property under less than desirable conditions. I specialized early in my career in first time homebuyers, and still enjoy working with that group. I teach classes on home ownership through Community Education, and often counsel people for months or even years to realize their dream. In the past 4 years I have expanded my knowledge and education to reflect the changing market, and have much more experience with listing homes. I have a great relationship with a shortsale and foreclosure specialist to assist those who need that expertise, while I have kept my focus on learning new marketing techniques to sell homes not subject to bank intervention.I look forward to interviewing for the priviledge of being your Realtor of choice!
