About Tram

Tram Montano has extensive business and sales acumen stemming from her 12 years of experience in health insurance, event planning, and catering. Tram learned the ins and outs of real estate from her experience working within The Mike Ferry Organization as Mike’s executive assistant. She also worked locally at Mill Pond Realty as director of client relations, prior to becoming a realtor herself. Tram studied accounting and entrepreneurship at the University of Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV). UNLV is one of few universities to offer a degree in entrepreneurship and has one of the most rigorous accounting programs in the U.S. Tram is fluent in Vietnamese (native) and English, and has a working proficiency in Spanish. She immigrated to the U.S. with her mother approximately 30 years ago. Tram developed a love of the Latino culture from her stepfather of 29 years and often recalls fond memories of her summers in Mexico as a teen. Tram is a Michigan transplant hailing from Las Vegas. She’s made West Michigan her home for the past five years. Tram spends her free time with her husband and adorable 1.5 year old daughter exploring West Michigan and gardening. Her thumb is very green.
