I have always loved real estate. We moved a few different times as a kid and the anticipation and excitement of moving into a new house are crazy feelings, especially for a kid. Those feelings I had as a kid did not change when my wife and I purchased our first house, but a whole new set of feelings entered into the picture: Fear - Should we be buying right now? Can we afford to buy? Where do we buy? What style of house fits us best? Even though we have no kids yet, where do we want to send our kids to school? Lack of Knowledge - What does the process look like for a purchase? The process on both sides of a real estate transaction can be extremely complicated, which is why hiring a professional is a necessity! Fortunately, my wife and I had professionals helping with our purchase that made the process go smoothly, but it left me with a longing to help others; wanting to help reduce or completely eliminate the fears and anxieties that go with the purchase or sale of a home. In the Summer of 2004, I took the plunge and got my real estate license. Since then I have been helping buyers and sellers throughout West Michigan and doing property management. I have seen all types of markets over the years and have learned a lot along the way. I joined Weichert, Realtors – Platinum Group in October 2019 and if am lucky enough to be your agent, I can assure you that you are in great hands.
