About Terrie

Real estate is all about relationships first. As President of Women's Council of Realtors Lansing and a real estate professional since 2011, I'm deeply rooted in this community, and that's the foundation of how I work with every client. I investigate, educate, and guide clients through every step in making significant real estate decisions. Whether you're looking for a property with established gardens, a small hobby farm, a luxury home, space for your business, or investment properties including multifamily, I research environmental issues, explore zoning ordinances and land-use possibilities, and understand neighborhood trends and future developments. I help you verify everything and make informed, strategic decisions. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Greater Lansing, Jackson, and Mid Michigan. When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me teaching real estate professionals through RE Training School, tending gardens, wildcrafting, growing and preserving food, formulating organic skincare, traveling, or spending time with loved ones and my dog Izzy.
