Ryan was born & raised in Grand Rapids. He attended Forest Hills Central High School & received his BS and Masters from nearby Grand Valley State, Michigan State University, & Kingston University in London, England. Ryan worked as a financial consultant for five years before joining his family’s real estate company. There he got his start in real estate, while also focusing more on the property management side of the industry. After years of managing single & multi-family homes in Lansing & the Grand Rapids markets; Ryan ultimately blended his knowledge of real estate, investments, home improvement, & property management experience together; founding Dodgson Land Co. Ltd., & Invictus Home Improvement. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling with his wife, fly-fishing, performing restorations & spending time with his two dogs.
