My name is Rachel Blue, and I am "Your Local HOME Girl." I am also a mom of 6, so I understand the importance of balancing work and family and building a strong foundation for your future. I have excelled quickly in my career by focusing on client care excellence. I always make sure my clients wants and needs come first! From day 1 in this industry, I have made it my mission to help my clients, not only find a house, but make sure it was a place they will love to call home for the long haul. I have even gone above and beyond by raising money for repairs or adopting families for the Holidays that needed the extra help. One of my main focuses has always been to help those who cannot purchase now get into a rental. I then lay out a plan for them to follow to be able purchase their own home next. This is where my co agents coined the term "Local HOME Girl" and it stuck. I love traditional home sales and turning renters into homeowners, but I also decided to diversify into the investment market. I love helping my clients build their investment portfolios by aggressively uncovering great opportunities in local areas.
