About Kevin

Kevin Flanders is excited about his career as a REALTOR® with the Jaqua Realtors team. Kevin has spent the last 28 years as a sales territory representative serving all of southwest Michigan in the transportation industry. Here, Kevin had the opportunity to sharpen his professional skills, especially those relating to communication and organization. Kevin’s main goal as a REALTOR® is to build long term relationships with his clients in which he is able to serve as a strong resource and consultant. He received a BBA from Nazareth College in Kalamazoo. Working in a team is one of Kevin’s strengths; he is confident with coordinating and negotiating to achieve the best results possible. Kevin has already built a strong network of resources that will maximize efforts in each transaction. His active listening skills are developed in a way that will allow Kevin to help all of his clients make the best decisions possible. Kevin is a resident of Texas Township, and a lifelong resident of the Kalamazoo/Portage area. Kevin loves to travel with his wife, and enjoys following all sports, especially baseball. Kevin believes in good health and fitness habits. He is a longtime member of the Bronson Athletic Club where he plays handball, swims, and lifts weights several days a week.
