About Julie R. Ball My name is Julie R. Ball and I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker and Notary Public from Sterling Heights, Michigan. I've been in the real estate field for over 25 years. I specialize in Foreclosure, Short Sales, REO, Relocation and 50+ Housing. I love my job and thoroughly enjoy getting a chance to meet new people and assist them in solving their real estate needs. I have extensive experience in Bank Owned Properties and am a Hud Selling Broker. In appraising, I am called on many times to perform retroactive appraisals and review work. I enjoy the process of learning the story of each home. I am not a high pressure Realtor. I firmly believe that there is a huge difference in providing information to help a client make a decision and man handling someone. The housing market can be stressful on it's own, so my ultimate goal is for my clients to feel at ease in their buying/selling process. I provide full service to the following counties for both appraising and real estate: Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, Wayne, Monroe, Sanilac, and Tuscola. I received my associates degree from Oakland Community College. I hold the following designations/certifications: CRS, SRES, SFR, AHWD, ABR, EPRO. Away from work, I'm a wife, a mom, a daughter, owner of two beautiful dogs, and I love traveling, taking pictures, watching movies with my family, and am always open for an adventure.
