I left this lucrative career to become a REALTOR® for two reasons: a desire for a career that had closer contact with people and my love of real estate investing. I have developed a marketing plan that is very effective at giving a maximum amount of exposure, giving knowledge of the property to qualified buyers, which means the quickest and highest price possible. I have also developed a questionnaire that helps me to assess the needs of my buyers and get them the best house for them for the least amount of money.
