About Jack Thomas

I have been a REALTOR® in West Michigan since May 2009, working with buyers and sellers throughout Ottawa, Allegan, and Kent counties. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in nearly 400 closed real estate transactions totaling nearly $100 million in sales volume. My primary focus is residential real estate, including homes, condominiums, and vacant land, and I work with buyers and sellers across all price ranges. I also have experience with investment and commercial properties. After more than 17 years in real estate, I still enjoy the same parts of the job that drew me to it in the first place: helping people, solving problems, and negotiating on behalf of my clients. No two transactions are exactly alike, and some of the most rewarding deals I've worked on have been the ones that required creativity, persistence, and a little extra problem-solving to get everyone to the closing table. Experience matters in real estate, but I've always believed my clients deserve more than an experienced agent. They deserve someone who will be honest with them, work hard for them, give them candid advice, and advocate for their interests throughout the process. Those principles have guided my business from the beginning. I'm especially proud that much of my business today comes from repeat clients and referrals. Having someone I've worked with before come back to me—or trust me enough to recommend me to a friend or family member—is one of the best compliments I can receive. Real estate has been more challenging and more rewarding than I could have imagined when I started in 2009. Nearly 400 transactions later, I still take every client and every deal seriously, and I still genuinely enjoy helping people get from where they are to where they want to be.
