I market real estate. I am professional, knowledgeable and I love it. I have found that there is a strong relationship between people, their home, their memories, hopes and dreams. A home for a Seller represents memories of the past… for a Buyer, hopes and dreams of the future. As a Realtor, it is a relationship I understand and a relationship that I am very much a part of. I truly believe that real estate is about people’s lives and the responsibility that comes with their trust. Growing up in Michigan I was raised in a family that owned a plumbing and heating business that also sold real estate. My parents bought, built, and sold thirteen homes in the same area from the time I was four to eighteen. This work life I chose was my day-to-day, making my career path an obvious choice. I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, Okemos. With a 32-year background in real estate. My position point “Marketing Real Estate One Relationship at a Time” has remained steadfast throughout the years. Along with experience, passion, trustworthiness, and honesty—my team and I have become one of the top real estate teams in Greater Lansing. Our extensive background includes residential, new construction, and condominium sales. I earned an associate degree in Social Service from Ferris State University. I speak on the Coldwell Banker corporate webinars and regularly submit articles for our local newspaper. My team, The Carin Whybrew Project, helps support our 50 million dollar a year business and brings fresh new perspectives to the table. I have been married for 42 years, have two sons, love HGTV, The Food Network, reality television, yoga, gardening, fashion, and I am an avid supporter and rescuer of pit-bull doggies.
