About Michelle

Michelle has been a REALTOR® and an Attorney-Broker since 2006 serving Greater Boston & The North Shore. Michelle enjoys assisting buyers, sellers and real estate investors.  She is also an experienced on-site sales & marketing agent for new construction developments and is skilled in short sales, estate sales, REO post-foreclosure properties and real estate foreclosure auctions. Before engaging in her real estate career, Michelle enjoyed a lengthy career as a litigation paralegal.  In 1999, Michelle commenced legal studies at New England School of Law and graduated in the top third of her graduating class. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002. Shortly after being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, Michelle was employed as a Contracts Attorney for a wireless telecommunications tower company in their legal department.  Michelle’s legal background gives her clients that extra edge that is imperative in today’s challenging real estate market.  Michelle is able to navigate through even the most difficult real estate transactions with ease, including short sale transactions and REO post-foreclosure transactions.  Her refined legal negotiation skills are extremely helpful in aiding her clients to obtain the terms and conditions that are most favorable to them during a transaction. Most importantly, Michelle is dedicated to giving her clients the personal attention and utmost respect they deserve. In 2009, Michelle became interested in real estate foreclosure auctions and began working with real estate investors.  Michelle enjoys providing real estate investors her expert opinion regarding accurate market comparisons. Her ability to accurately price a property is vital in aiding them in their decision making processes. Massachusetts Licensed Attorney - June 2002.
