About Liz

Hi all! My path into real estate began long before I earned my license. I previously worked at a local housing authority, helping families work toward self-sufficiency and long-term goals, and today I work in public policy for the Commonwealth, with housing being one of my primary policy areas. I’m also completing my master’s degree in public policy at Worcester State University. That experience has given me a perspective on housing that goes beyond buying and selling. I’m genuinely invested in how people can build wealth through real estate, how local economies grow, and the role investment and development play in that growth. For me, real estate is about much more than a transaction. I believe homeownership changes lives, creates stability, and becomes one of the most meaningful ways people build their future. As an agent, I’m driven, resourceful, and a true people person. I ask questions, I do my research, and I’m not afraid to advocate for the people I represent. I want my clients to understand what they’re doing and why, whether they’re buying their first home, making their next move, selling a property, or beginning to explore real estate as an investment. My goal is for you to feel like you have someone firmly in your corner. Warmly, Liz Martinez MA REALTOR®
