About Jeffrey
Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Jeffrey Chubb quickly found his enjoyment in business and providing superior service. As an entrepreneur, Jeffrey started his first business, a local landscaping company, when he was 15 years old. At 16 he purchased a small local retail produce operation called J&D Produce. Through hard work and dedication he turned it into the largest seasonal produce operation in Northern Delaware. After selling his landscaping company he was able to focus his efforts on J&D Produce. He quickly expanded to four locations and started a wholesale division selling to farmers, brokers and local markets. In 2002, Jeffrey™s life would take a sudden turn with the sudden passing of his father. Jeffrey took a semester off from Babson College, the #1 Entrepreneurship in the country to assume his father™s role in the family™s real estate business: the Chubb Realty Group and their Real Estate Investment Company, CRG Asset Management. He would continue managing these two firms in addition to J&D Produce until graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College in 2005. During his tenure, the Chubb Realty Group™s sales grew from $10 million in 2002 to $25 million in 2005 while the real estate investment firm would acquire 15 additional units adding $1.4 million in assets. After graduating Jeffrey moved to New York City to work on Wall Street trading Residential Mortgage Backed Securities. At Rabobank International Jeffrey was an integral team member helping manage $20 billion in structured products. One of Jeffrey™s main tasks at Rabobank was to perform due diligence on Residential Mortgage Originators including First Franklin, Wells Fargo and Countrywide. This experience has created Jeffrey™s extensive knowledge in the Short Sale, Foreclosure and loan process. In 2007 Jeffrey moved back to Boston, the city he fell in love with while attending Babson College. He would later join RE/MAX Unlimited, a firm that was designed to foster the growth of top performing agents by stimulating individual achievements through the utilization of the latest technologies, business systems and personal responsibility for creating life long customers. Jeffrey understands that excellence comes not only in achieving top sales goals, but in the development of skills in negotiating, creative financing, contract mediation, communications, home building, and marketing. Jeffrey is a member of the prestigious Howard Brinton Star Power Club recognizing the top 1500 Realtors across the country. In order to better service his clients he has received his Certified Distressed Property Expert accreditation to help maximize his ability in helping distressed home owners that are facing foreclosure. He has been featured on Webinars and has been a keynote speaker on Short Sale panels nationwide. During Jeffrey™s downtime, he enjoys traveling to beach destinations, working on his home and spending time with his family which includes his Saint Bernard, George. Jeffrey firmly believes in giving back to the communities that have served him through the years. He is an active alumni of Theta Chi, a highly respected fraternity at Babson College, continues to support his alma maters and the American Heart Association in the remembrance of his father. ™Growing up, I learned the importance of determination and hard work ™ and I™ve been putting it to use ever since.
