From there, it s simply a matter of getting out to showings and finding you a house to call home ! Sellers: Whenever possible, I like to meet together at your home in the beginning of the process. I ll bring a pre-listing packet, marketing samples, comparables, and more. Once we ve gone over the logistics and develop our plan of action, I ll make sure we get professional photography done to ensure we display your home in its best light.
