My name is Hetty Mae Kodges, and I'm ready to be your licensed Maryland REALTOR. My career choice (and my name) have been most influenced by my late father who had a love for everything HOMES and was a jack of all trades! I am here to help ease the process of listing or buying your home. You are on a NEW ADVENTURE and I want to be there for concerns during this process. So my work ethic, attention to detail, and loyalty to my clients are top priority- just as my father instilled. I was born in Pennsylvania, but throughout my life, I have lived in several states up and down the East coast. I understand adventure, change, reservations, and needing peace of mind. I have been in this tri-state area for most of my life and I am very familiar with Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and D.C. Although, I can refer you to any area outside of Maryland as well, because when you are my client, I will help you gather any information you may need, even if it's not in my immediate service area. My span of knowledge ranges from real estate, construction, permits, restoration, remodeling, staging, and interior design. "Hetty Knows Homes!" My eagerness to always seek out more information, paired with the skills I possess, gives me the motivation to service my clients at my highest potential and ensure their concerns and needs are met.
