Dale has been in real estate for 39 years and spent 20 years in brokerage management. Over his career, he has sold homes in 14 different counties in Maryland, in addition to Washington, DC, a large portion of Northern Virginia and now the coastal areas of Delaware. Dale began the Beltway to the Bay Group to help people transition from the Washington & Baltimore Metro areas to the western and eastern shores of the Chesapeake Bay. He is an avid Tennis and Pickleball player who pretends sometimes to be a Golfer. He enjoys time on the water, both on the bay and at the beach, and riding his bike whenever he can. He is also a rabid University of Maryland fan who enjoys attending a variety of Terrapin sporting events.
