I don't just work in these neighborhoods, I renovate homes myself. I am personally invested in the value of homes in this area, with my finger on the pulse of what's driving the local market. I specialize in a ‘no pressure’ approach, and am particularly well versed in renovation and investment properties. I bring the exact same marketing strategies – and the same attention to detail - to my clients that I utilize when marketing my very own properties. With a vested interest in neighborhood values, no one cares more about getting you top dollar! When working with buyers, I’m attuned to their hot button issues, and excellent at both finding them their perfect home and guiding them through the negotiation process. I started in real estate in Ohio in 2000, where I successfully sold homes for two years with Sibcy Cline Realtors. Upon relocating to Pennsylvania, I branched into corporate sales positions, spending several years with Hersheypark, then in veterinary pharmaceutical sales before returning to real estate full time in 2010. My focus is in the west side of Baltimore County, northern Howard County, and eastern Carroll County. I hold a BS degree in Risk Management from The Florida State University, am a 2010 graduate of the Investors United School of Real Estate Investing, and a Certified Real Estate Pricing Specialist (C-REPS).
