About Mary

Since launching my career in 2002,  I have gained valuable experience, become a tough negotiator and learned to channel my boundless energy, as well as how not to sweat the small stuff.  I am humbled to say this has led me to become a well-respected, diligent, empathetic and fierce competitor in the industry for almost two decades. Creativity and a sense of humor have helped. I am a native Mainer, with a passion for the coast and all the other wonderful things the great state of Maine has to offer. I tend to throw myself into every client relationship. I put myself in  my clients’ shoes—getting to know their wants and desires, and use my ingenuity and business savvy to bring all the moving parts together. I began my career as a realtor in Cape Elizabeth focusing on waterfront properties, but have since expanded my practice to cover all of southern Maine, including Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, Falmouth, Scarborough, Cumberland, Yarmouth,  Kennebunkport, and Freeport.  Working with sellers and buyers in all price ranges, for me, it is not about the number of transactions.  Instead, I am driven by my commitment to the broker/client relationship and devotion to providing accessibility and a hands-on approach to every part of the journey. Expansive and deep connections to the industry allow me  to work my network to find the right properties for my clients often before they hit the market.  Close ties to colleagues in other brokerages bode well in allowing me to hear of properties currently listed as well as those quietly listed and not yet in MLS. Creativity and connections also provide me with the tools and resources necessary to list and sell properties with expertise and attention to detail.  Guiding my clients through what can often  be an emotional and intense experience,  I strive effortlessly to leave every closing with happy sellers /buyers who know that support was there every step of the way.
