Realtor. ​I’ve spent the last 25 years as a successful mortgage officer and certified home ownership counselor in New England, and have been a part of thousands of transactions and millions of dollars worth of mortgages. My experience as a lender helps me negotiate the correct sales contract to best fit your financing options, and gives buyers and sellers a distinct advantage on property conditions and the finance-ability of a property. Over the years I’ve helped teach first-time home buyers for the Maine State Housing program, negotiate sales contracts, secure financing for Buyers, review appraisals, analyze credit reports, underwrite credit requests, deal with vendors important to the transaction, and work for a real estate title company. I have the experience and knowledge to help navigate the purchase or sale of your home. Having that experience and relationships with the vendors involved, gives you a distinct advantage and allows me to help teach you every step of the transaction and handle any hurdles along the way.
