About Andrea
A lifelong resident of Cape Elizabeth and Pine Point Beach in Scarborough, I considers myself lucky to still call these places home. After graduating from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, I moved back to Maine and went on to spend 15 years as a media designer for companies both large and small. Being self employed allowed me to hone skills that go hand-in-hand with the real estate field: organization, negotiation strategy, people skills, honesty, responsiveness, maintaining cutting-edge technology and creative thinking. Shifting gears from design to real estate was seamless since the end goal is one in the same: satisfied clients. Off-work time is spent mastering the art of silversmithing, and supporting my three sons with their various endeavors - all are knee-deep in Maine's marine scene; my two oldest earned their commercial lobster license at the age of eighteen and fish 700 traps out of Portland while pursuing their Marine Engineering degrees, and my youngest is completing the Maine lobster apprentice program. And for those doubters: Yes, you really can get tired of eating lobster every day! Working with both sellers and buyers in market, I am diligent about maintaining the level of trust I builds with her clients. My relationships with banks, inspectors, title companies, attorneys and other brokers all help to make transactions flow smoothly. Whether it's waterfront, city or country the successful search for, or sale of, your home is my priority.
