About Nikki

With more than two decades in real estate, Nikki Woodcock has been a Realtor since 2004 and a licensed broker since 2014. Her specialty is developing and marketing neighborhoods and communities, giving her a unique perspective that goes far beyond traditional residential sales. Nikki has been involved with MorganField in Lake Charles since its inception, helping market one of Southwest Louisiana’s largest and most successful master-planned developments. Today, MorganField includes more than 1,200 residential rooftops and 2,090 platted lots, along with Mallard Golf Club, churches, banks, fuel stations, rental cottages, a clubhouse, and the future home of St. Louis Catholic High School. She currently markets the third phase of the Waterside communities, a luxury development featuring acre-plus homesites for private construction. The first two phases are sold out, with more than one-third of the final phase already sold. Her additional development experience includes Wildflower, The Lakes at MorganField, The Village at MorganField, Highland Hills, Carlyss Place, Pentangeli Row, and Biscotti, where she has successfully handled land sales, spec-home marketing, builder relationships, and community sellouts. She is also currently marketing Jane Ava Estates, a boutique neighborhood in Westlake near National Golf Club.
